We are back. And there is good and bad news. We’ll start with the latter, Switch consoles deals in the US are sparse to say the least. However, the good news is that there are some great deals on popular games, which make a great Christmas present.

OK, we’ll be honest, the current crop of Nintendo Switch deals leaves a little to be desired. The truth is that there are deals on everything around the Switch – like games and controllers – but the console remains stubbornly unaffected by discounts.

That is unless you look at bundles. And the king of Nintendo Switch bundle deals remains this Nintendo Switch Neon Joy-Con + Mario Kart 8 Deluxe (GameDownload) + 3 months Nintendo Switch Online Individual Membership for $299 at Best Buy (opens in new tab).

It’s by far the best deal we’re seeing on console in the US right now…

I’ve been eyeing deals on the Nintendo Pro controller, but no retailer has cut the price yet… So the second best brand to go for is PowerA. PowerA makes some great Nintendo licensed pads that are both stylish and feel good to use: I use one instead of the Pro pad and love it. Amazon is currently discounting some of their designs, including this Legend of Zelda pad (opens in new tab) and Mario pad (opens in new tab)save up to $15 on each.

The Nintendo Switch doesn’t have the largest amount of internal storage. At the moment you can buy the officially licensed SanDisk 256GB MicroSD by Nintendo £77.99 £39.49 at Amazon (opens in new tab)making it almost half the price!
